Here's the short version: Mindy helped us sell our home and was freaking fantastic. I am certain we got more for our home than we would have without her expert guidance. We were absolutely delighted with her services.
Here's the long version: Beginning about a year before we were going to list our home, we called Mindy (randomly, we didn't know her before this) and asked for her help thinking through what improvements/projects we should do around the house in anticipation of listing. She came to our house and gave great suggestions on projects we might consider doing in advance of listing. More importantly, she let us know which improvements to skip because of lower ROI. About a year later when we were ready to list, Mindy held our hands through the process and made fantastic recommendations on staging a photographers. I believe this made a significant impact on the final sale price of our home. After listing, we had multiple offers and Mindy's guidance navigating that situation was incredibly valuable.
